What to Expect When You Visit

We understand that bringing your beloved pet to an emergency or specialty hospital can be very stressful and often overwhelming. Please know that our experienced and compassionate team is prepared to help you through your visit every step of the way.

Emergency

No appointment needed.

To ensure that your pet receives timely, appropriate care, we’ve developed processes to enhance our ability to see as many patients as possible in the face of extraordinary demand.

Upon arrival, your pet will be triaged in a timely manner. Our experienced veterinary team will quickly assess your pet’s condition and prioritize care based on urgency. You’ll be asked to provide important details about your pet’s symptoms or any recent events that may have contributed to their condition.

Because each patient’s situation is unique, the cost of care varies based on the extent of diagnostic testing and your pet’s personalized treatment plan. We will do our best to keep you informed regularly about timing and expenses. You will always receive an estimate for consultations, diagnostics, and/or treatments before care is provided.

Internal Medicine

By appointment: M-F 8am-6pm

A referral is not required.

We know your time is valuable and we’re doing all we can to avoid having you wait weeks for an internal medicine appointment. There is a small chance that appointments may be unexpectedly delayed while we handle a critically ill or injured patient. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we do our best to help everyone in need of our services, and we sincerely apologize for any delays you may experience.
